Pengertian Kepegawaian adalah suatu bidang ilmu yang mempelajari tentang pengelolaan pegawai, baik dari segi rekrutmen, seleksi, pengangkatan, pengembangan, penilaian, hingga pemberhentian. Kepegawaian juga dapat di artikan sebagai serangkaian kegiatan untuk mengelola pegawai dalam suatu organisasi, baik organisasi pemerintah maupun swasta.<\/p>\n<p>Tujuan <a href=\"https:\/\/puslatnas.info\/index.php\/materi-bimtek\/pendidikan-dan-pelatihan-kepegawaian\/\">Bimtek Kepegawaian<\/a> diselenggarakan adalah bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan profesionalisme pegawai aparatur sipil negara (ASN).
